I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a good view, although they were quite small with a movable pedestal in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The service was super accommodating, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The location was terrific, close to downtown and convenient for exploring the area. The dining experience, especially the grabbing-go breakfast, was the best I've had in this price range.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were cozy and offered a nice view of the inner patio. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even with some hiccups due to ongoing construction. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Traverse City and the surrounding areas. The dining options were tasty, although a bit noisy at times with lots of energetic kids. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
